WINNER OF THE 44th MINI PRINT INTERNATIONAL OF CADAQUÉS, 2024
Born in 1987 a Ostrava (Czechia), she is an artist who uses graphic design techniques in her work. Since 2023 she is a Member of Association of Czech Graphic Artists HOLLAR Prague.
Her method of printing involves blind printing with subtle color accents and focuses on achieving gentle relief using linocut.
“I work with symbols of home, organizing them into systems, repetitions, an endless pattern, thereby creating my very own landscapes based on my feelings. Fascinated by all geometrical landscape elements and their natural order, I remove them from their surroundings and insert them into my graphics and paintings. I create my own, new geometrical compositions from them. Painting and graphics can thus connect and complement each other.”
