WINNER OF THE 45th MINI PRINT INTERNATIONAL OF CADAQUÉS, 2025
Jyoji Tsunemi was born in Tokyo (Japan) in 1948. In 2012, he began studying copperplate printmaking at the classes of the Machida City Museum of Graphic Arts, and in 2013 he continued his training at the Copperplate Print Culture School of Tama Art University.
Since 2012, he has taken part in various cultural school exhibitions and, from 2013 onwards, in the Copperplate Print Group Exhibition.
He has participated in numerous international shows, including the Mini Print International of Cadaques, in which he has exhibited since 2015 and was a finalist in 2023.
He was also selected for the AWAGAMI International Mini Print (Japan) in 2019 and 2023, and took part in the TKO (Tokyo) International Mini Print (Japan) in 2020.
In 2024, he received the Excellence Award at the BUMPODO Miniature Print Contest (Japan).
